Dark Am I, Dark Am I, Yet Lovely Dark Am I, Dark Am I, Yet Lovely Why do you shudder when I raise my voice? Why do you shudder when I raise my voice? My voice is like a new born child fresh and unchallenged My words are unsure but loud like an adolescent My voice is too proud for you My voice is too dark, dark dark. Dark Am I, Dark Am I, Yet Lovely Dark Am I, Dark Am I, Yet Lovely And I promise not to make anymore promises And I promise not to hide And I promise to speak up, when the silence is killing us And I promise to speak up, even if it kills me And I promise to speak up Even if you shudder Even if you shudder And I promise not to look myself in the eye And regret my mother's mother's mother's mother And I promise not to look myself in the eye And regret my father's father's father's father's father And I promise not to look myself in the eye And regret And all of this hate all of this hate Will no longer be misplaced no longer be misplaced No longer be misplaced No longer be And I promise not to look myself in the eye And regret my mother's mother's mother's mother And I promise not to look myself in the eye And I promise not to look myself in the eye And regret No longer be misplaced

Sitting by the phone, Waiting for a bone from the fellas; Race hate, click-bait, soft scandals Are the sellers! 'Homicide', he cries, 'ab deo profundit!' That's another round of stellas On my boy the pundit! Oh, those boozy Britain eds- He loves to pen 'em; Caraffe of red resting on his trousers Of white denim; You're screaming 'Hypocrite', 'Mon frere',he glares, 'One has to fund it!' I'll support free speech, not free venom From my boy the pundit! Aren't we blessed with The free press? Yes, We've fought from Mill to Milton; So why do we waste Our page 3 space? Ain't that what all Free nations are built on? The world ain't rosy- more rosé Where he's sitting- You've got to get angry If it's going to get written. If there's outrage on his page, Just remember, he bummed it! He says 'The migrants are misogynist, And we need more strip-clubs in Britain'- Does my boy the pundit!
